Two days. Two engines. One working machine when you fly home.
And the only way to get Cortex for the next 12 months.
Right now, the workshop is the only way to get Cortex.
That stays true for the next 9–12 months.
Given how fast AI is moving in wealth management, that window decides who's in the next era — and who spent it watching.
Search is being replaced. Your prospects are asking ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity for advisor recommendations — and getting answers without ever clicking a website. If those answers don't include you, you're invisible. Not "low-ranked." Invisible.
Cortex is the platform that fixes this. It does four things no other system does together:
Tells you exactly which queries cite your competitors but not you — across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI. Not guesswork. The actual gap.
Trained on your voice — your phrases, your tone. SEC and FINRA awareness baked into the generation layer, not bolted on after.
Research, synthesis, writing, fact-check, peer review, asset generation — all running as a pipeline. Article-grade output in 5–15 minutes, structured to be cited.
Tracks whether AI systems actually start citing you at 7, 14, 30, 90 days. The system learns what works for your practice and tunes the next piece accordingly.
Generative-AI writing tools are everywhere. Compliance-aware writing tools exist. AI-citation tracking exists in pieces.
Nothing combines voice training, compliance-aware generation, multi-LLM citation measurement, and a learning loop trained on financial-services data — in one system, configured for you. Building it from scratch takes a year and a dataset that doesn't exist publicly.
That's why the workshop is the only door right now. The platform configures best when we set it up with you, against your specific practice. After this cohort is established, we may open other paths. We're not committing to that timeline yet.
Blogs, newsletters, video scripts, ads, social posts, image generation, email sequences. Voice-trained on you. Compliance-aware at the generation layer. Running on your systems for roughly fifty cents a day after you build it.
The infrastructure that takes what your content engine produces and gets it in front of the people you want in front of. Paid, organic, automation, sequencing, attribution. Content without distribution is a journal — this is the second engine.
A single source every AI tool you use can access. Your credentials, your clients, your process, your opinions, your voice. You explain yourself once. Every AI remembers.
Day 2 afternoon: launch a real campaign on your new engine, peer-reviewed in the room before you fly home. You don't leave with intentions. You leave with traction.
Slides. Frameworks. A folder you won't open. A promise to "go home and implement."
You've been to that workshop. We all have. Nobody implements.
This one works the opposite way.
You bring a problem in the intake form. We build the solution with you in the room. You leave with the asset running on your systems before you board the flight home.
No folder. No action items. A working engine.
I build marketing systems for financial advisors. The advisors who run my systems produce numbers the rest of the industry doesn't believe until they see them.
A year ago, a YouTuber with a big audience in this space asked me to come on and talk about AI in wealth management. I passed. The honest answer was I didn't have anything meaningful to share yet — it was too early to know where things were actually shifting, and I wasn't going to make something up for free exposure.
What I've spent the year doing instead: millions of database records, content generation engines, agentic automation, infrastructure most of my team is still trying to keep up with. I have something now.
For the next 9–12 months, the workshop is the only way to get access to Cortex. There's no sign-up button. There's a workshop. Ten seats. Configured directly with me — in the room, in your voice, on your stack. Not a course. Not a coaching call. A working platform, yours to use.
One week before the workshop, an advisor at an independent RIA was editing pages on his firm's website one at a time.
Five days after, he shipped a custom web application that replaced a vendor his firm had been paying $20–30,000 a year for.
He's not a developer. He didn't hire one. He built it himself.
The shift wasn't technical. It was a ceiling shift — he realized the size of the problems he was allowed to point this at was bigger than he thought.
"You can get done 10 times the amount of work and stuff is working on your behalf. A lot of people have an identity crisis with AI — that it's going to replace them. It's actually just going to transform the way you work."
Debbie came to the first workshop because, in her words, "marketing has been one of the biggest struggles we've had."
During the afternoon coffee break, we rebuilt her site. Not a template swap — a new site, built for her market, with an interactive assessment, financial calculators, and credentials her firm had earned but had never put on the homepage.
Cost to a marketing firm: $15–25K and a six-month timeline. Time at the workshop: 15 minutes.
"Having a place to dump all of my knowledge, experience, conversations, thoughts, and ideas and have it come together in one place — that's going to be life-changing for the business."
Most advisors do dozens of things for dozens of clients. Tax planning, Roth conversions, beneficiary reviews, college funding, estate triage, insurance audits. Most of it stays invisible.
So when a client needs help with something, they assume their advisor doesn't do that work. They shop. The money walks.
One of the SLC attendees built a quarterly client touchpoint that fixes this — beautiful, on-brand, customized per client. Built it in minutes with the skills he learned at the workshop. He'll use it quarterly for the next ten years to surface every dollar of value he creates.
He asked to stay anonymous. I'm not sharing the artifact on this page.
If you want to see what it looks like, build your own version with me at the workshop. That one outcome alone covers the ticket.
Atlantic Beach is the quieter, more refined cousin of Jax Beach — where you'd live if you grew up here and never wanted to leave. Dune House is the new boutique resort right on the sand. We run the workshop here because the work gets better when the setting does. You're never more than 30 seconds from the ocean.
This is not a conference room at an airport Marriott.
Morning: Orient. Map your practice. Build your Knowledge Vault — the source every AI you use can access.
Afternoon: Build your content engine end-to-end. Voice training, multi-format generation, compliance at the generation layer, publishing hooks.
Evening: Group dinner. Debrief the ships.
Morning: Build your distribution layer. Paid, organic, automation, sequencing, attribution. The infrastructure that makes the content engine count.
Afternoon: Ship your first campaign live. Peer review. Fix the leaks. Walk out running.
Evening: You're on your own for dinner — Atlantic Beach is loaded with great restaurants. Explore.
We turn down more applications than we accept. If we read yours and don't think you'll get $6K of value out of these two days, we'll tell you. The wrong room ruins the room — for you and for everyone else.
After the 6 months: workshop-graduate rate of $447/mo for 12 months, then standard pricing. You keep your configured account, your Knowledge Vault, your voice clone, and everything you built.
"This is probably one of the most important things you've done in your career."
Tell Mark at the end of Day 2 it was a waste of time.
No questions asked. No forms. No follow-up.
Your tuition gets refunded.
That's the deal.
Ten seats. The only door to Cortex for the next 12 months. Thirty minutes on the phone — no pitch deck. We figure out together whether the workshop is the right fit for what you're trying to build, and if it isn't, Mark tells you what would be.
Whatever works on your calendar. No qualification call before the call.
If it's a fit, you get the seat and the pre-work packet. If it's not, Mark tells you that too.
Two days. Two engines. One working machine when you fly home.
No. The work happens in the room. If you can't be there for both days, this isn't the right workshop.
Honest answer: it depends on your firm's policies, and we should talk about your specific situation on the call. The workshop teaches you to use AI tools to generate content in your voice — what gets actually published always runs through your compliance process. RIAs and hybrid practices typically have the most flexibility. Wirehouse and B/D advisors can still build the underlying systems (Knowledge Vault, voice training, internal-use content, client-touchpoint artifacts), but anything externally published requires your firm's approval workflow. We'll walk through what's realistic for your firm structure on the call so you know what you're committing to before you commit.
Not right now. For the next 9–12 months, the workshop is the only way to get Cortex. That's a deliberate choice — the platform configures best when we set it up together with you, in your voice, against your specific practice. After the early cohort is established, we may open other onboarding paths. We're not committing to that timeline yet. If you want access during the early window, the workshop is the only door.
Workshop graduates lock in a $447/month rate for the 12 months immediately following the bundle period — meaningfully below standard Growth pricing ($597/month). You keep your configured account, your Knowledge Vault, your voice clone, and everything you built. After that 12-month workshop-grad period, standard pricing applies.
Yes, with approval. One seat equals one attendee. If you want to apply for multiple seats for the same practice, list the attendees in the application.
No code required. If you can use email, you can do this. Past attendees haven't been developers — they didn't write a line of code at the workshop, they built systems.
No. You book your own room at Dune House or nearby. We'll send a recommended block and the JAX airport logistics in the acceptance email.
Yes. If at the end of Day 2 you don't believe what you built will produce at least one more client per year, tell Mark. No questions asked. No forms. No follow-up. Your tuition gets refunded on the spot.
We're running this again in October 2026. If the timing or fit isn't right for this round, you'll go to the top of the list for the next one.
